We are aware of how difficult and stressful it can be for schools/nurseries if a staffing problem is encountered, be it a single day or a maternity cover.

We at M2 Education are here to take that weight off your shoulders and solve the problem in a quick, efficient manner. As experts in the field of education recruitment it is our job to ensure we have extensive knowledge about both our clients and candidates to deliver the best possible service to you. You can expect from us the following level of service:

Flexibility in our approach, office opening hours are 7.15am to 5.30pm but we are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. We always have the candidate database at our fingertips in order to help you with your requirements.
We care about what we do, are passionate about the service we provide and ensure the candidates we send to you will benefit the education of the children.
All clients receive a call to ensure the staff member has arrived safely at the beginning of the day and a follow up call at the end to make sure they have met expectations.
A personalised list of favourite candidates. These are always called first when a booking is placed.
The response time for all same day bookings is 5 minutes maximum, all other bookings will be responded to by the end of the school day.
All clients are visited on a termly basis to ensure that we are meeting all requirements and to review any areas in which our service could be improved.
On booking you will receive a confirmation e-mail which will list the details of all the vetting and safeguarding checks we have completed on the candidate.
M2 Education is AWR compliant and monitor all AWR clocks.
