We are currently recruiting for a qualified teacher to join our team and work at a Primary School in Darwen, Blackburn.
This role is to work within an SEND unit to support a small group of pupils who have additional needs. Prior experience of teaching within a SEND environment is desirable but not required.
This role is full time, with the view to continue until summer.

Qualifications and Requirements:
§ Holding a Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent credential that validates your ability to teach in primary schools within the United Kingdom is essential.
§ For Early Career Teachers, recent completion of teacher training or attainment of Newly Qualified Teacher (NQT) status is desirable.
§ A genuine enthusiasm for teaching and inspiring young learners is at the heart of what we seek.
§ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster positive relationships with students, staff, and parents/guardians is crucial.
§ Adaptability to different school environments and a willingness to take on varied teaching assignments will stand you in good stead.
§ Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage and motivate students are key.

§ Our pay rates include the 10.77% statutory holiday pay, ensuring a fair pay structure.
