We give you access to tools that will help support your Continuing Professional Development. For a number of years, M2 Education has been in an exclusive partnership with the University of Cumbria to provide free training to ECTs, we also have an additional partnership with 2Resolve for specialist training in dealing with violence and aggression in the workplace, as well as special educational needs training courses.
Any candidate that registers with M2 Education will be required to have an up-to-date Safeguarding certificate, if yours is out of date or you do not have then please click on the link below;
- Safeguarding e-learning – This is a Free resource provided by Blackburn and Darwen Safeguarding training.
- Prevent Training – This is another free resource provided by the government to learn how to support people vulnerable to radicalisation.
2Resolve Training
2Resolve offer bespoke conflict training for staff who are dealing with violence and aggression in the workplace. We also specialise in ligature training and special educational needs. Our training courses have been designed to meet the needs of all team members who face the threat of verbal and physical aggression throughout the course of their work.
University of Cumbria
University of Cumbria campuses are home to the Institute of Education; Lancaster, Carlisle Fusehill Street and London. The Institute is the hub for our Education degrees and Teacher Training courses, which includes provision for Undergraduate, PGCE, School Direct, Postgraduate, and CPD. No matter where you are in your journey, there’s an education course for you.
