We are seeking a dedicated and passionate teacher to fill the position of a full-time PPA Cover Teacher at a primary school in South Shore, Blackpool.
As a PPA Cover Teacher, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the continuity of education across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 during teachers’ Planning, Preparation, and Assessment (PPA) time.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, adaptability, and a commitment to providing engaging and effective learning experiences for our students.

Qualifications and Requirements:
Holding a Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent credential that validates your ability to teach in primary schools within the United Kingdom is essential.
For Early Career Teachers, recent completion of teacher training or attainment of Newly Qualified Teacher (NQT) status is desirable.
A genuine enthusiasm for teaching and inspiring young learners is at the heart of what we seek.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster positive relationships with students, staff, and parents/guardians is crucial.
Adaptability to different school environments and a willingness to take on varied teaching assignments will stand you in good stead.
Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage and motivate students are key.

Additional Information:
Our pay rates include the 10.77% statutory holiday pay, ensuring a fair pay structure.
